Employee app
Ethos publish and amend shifts via the Tanda mobile app, keeping everyone on the same page when it comes to schedules and introducing flexibility whenever a change needs to happen. Employee’s can easily update their personal, bank account, tax, super and qualifications, as well as access payslips via the app.
Before Tanda, Lisa would receive dozens of these updates via email each week and have to manually enter the changes into their payroll system.
Payroll
Having payroll available within the same system means there are no integrations or data exports. Ethos has reduced their payroll processing time by switching to an all-in-one system.
