Tanda automates General Retail Industry Award rostering clauses

Many businesses that roster using the General Retail Industry Award would know that it has some of the strictest rules around roster compliance in Australia’s workplace law system.

The General Retail Industry Award (GRIA) requires 10-hour work breaks between shifts, two consecutive days off for every seven days, and includes a number of other highly technical rostering rules.

Tanda has worked with customers that have had issues with the complexity of GRIA for some time.

After hearing from our customers, Tanda has developed our award interpreter and rostering systems further so that they can automate these scenarios.
